Pinafore Acquisitions Limited – Recommended cash offer for Tomkins plc

Maitland is advising Onex and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board on a £2.89 billion recommended cash offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Tomkins plc.
