Adaora leads our Transformation and Change practice. She is also a specialist in crisis and corporate communications, advising clients over a wide range of sectors and issues, including Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, and Consumer Goods.
Adaora has extensive communication experience as both a consulting and on the business side. She has been advising clients in complex communication situations – from crisis and reputation management to M&A, restructuring or culture change.
She has worked with German-based and international Top 500 companies, developing and implementing strategic communications to reach key opinion leaders and relevant target groups. Amongst others, these include Vodafone, Reckitt Benckiser, Royal Mail, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Post DHL, and Evonik.
Adaora is also an expert in change communications with a special focus on formats for leadership enablement and measures that involve and mobilise employees across the organisation. She is passionate about creating meaningful content and measures that drive sustainable behaviour change.
Adaora joined Maitland/AMO in 2017 from our German AMO partner DAA. She is a German native and is fluent in English and Spanish.
